No. If you don't have designs, our in-house team can create them for you. Share reference images, brand guidelines, or just describe what you're looking for, and we'll handle the design work.
Our MOQ starts from just 10 pieces per style, making it accessible for startups and small brands. The exact MOQ depends on the product type and decoration method — we'll specify it in your quotation.
Minor changes can be requested before production starts. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges. We always communicate the impact before proceeding.
Production typically takes 10-15 business days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be available with additional fees.
We accept bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, and in some cases, letters of credit. Standard terms are 50% deposit with order and 50% before shipment. We can discuss alternative payment arrangements for established clients.
