What do I need to provide to start an OEM order?

Ideally, a tech pack with flat sketches, measurements, fabric specifications, colorways, and construction details. However, if you don't have a tech pack, we can work from reference photos, sketches, or even a detailed description. Our design team will help create the tech pack for you — this service is complimentary for orders above 300 pieces.

What is the difference between OEM and private label?

OEM focuses on manufacturing to your exact design specifications — you provide the tech pack, we produce it. Private label is a broader service that includes OEM manufacturing plus complete branding (labels, tags, packaging). In practice, when you work with us on OEM, we handle branding as part of the service. The terms overlap significantly in the apparel industry.

Do you sign NDAs to protect my designs?

Yes, we sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) before receiving any confidential design files. We take intellectual property protection seriously — your designs are never shared with third parties, used for other clients, or shown in our portfolio without written permission. We can also sign your company's standard NDA format.

What is the typical OEM order process timeline?

Tech pack review and fabric sourcing: 3–5 days. Sample development: 7–10 days. Sample shipping and approval: 5–7 days. Bulk production: 14–25 days depending on quantity. Quality inspection and packing: 2–3 days. Total from start to shipment-ready: approximately 4–7 weeks depending on complexity and order size.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange pickup from Lahore or Sialkot airport. You'll see our production lines, quality control processes, fabric storage, and meet the team handling your order. Many of our clients visit before their first bulk order — it builds trust and ensures we're the right fit for your brand.

How do you handle quality control during production?

We use a 3-stage QC process: (1) In-line inspection during production — checking stitching, alignment, and construction at each workstation. (2) Mid-production inspection — random sampling at 30-50% completion to catch issues early. (3) Final AQL 2.0/2.5 inspection — measuring, visual check, labeling, and packaging audit. We send photos and reports at each stage.
